By accessing or using any product or service provided by 137 & Co ("we", "us", "our") through smartastrologics.com and its associated applications (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Smart Astrologics provides AI-driven personalization products, including Smart Horoscopes. Our Service uses proprietary astronomical computation combined with artificial intelligence to generate personalized reflection experiences grounded in your birth chart.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from the Service by automated means

5. Intellectual Property

Content generated for you (sessions, journal entries, chat transcripts) is yours to keep, but the underlying systems, prompts, and AI models remain our property.

Reflection sessions provided by the Service are for entertainment, personal insight, and self-reflection purposes only. They do not constitute professional advice of any kind — including but not limited to medical, financial, legal, or psychological advice.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any session or content generated by the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 137 & Co shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Our total aggregate liability for any claims related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion if you violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior, or for any other reason with reasonable notice. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will remain in effect.
