14-Day Full Refund
If you're not satisfied with your Smart Astrologics subscription, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase. No questions asked.
How to Request a Refund
- Email us at support@smartastrologics.com within 14 days of your purchase date.
- Include the email address associated with your account.
- We'll process your refund — no forms, no hoops, no interrogation.
Refunds are typically issued within 5-7 business days and will be returned to your original payment method via LemonSqueezy, our payment processor.
Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel:
- You retain full access to your paid tier until the end of your current billing period.
- Your account automatically reverts to the Free tier when the period ends.
- Your data, readings, journal entries, and chat history are preserved — nothing is deleted.
After the 14-Day Window
Refund requests made after 14 days are handled on a case-by-case basis. We're reasonable people — if something went wrong, reach out and we'll work with you.
